Associate Professor Michael Ng (MBBS Hons, FRANZCR) is a full-time radiation oncologist, working at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne and at radiotherapy centres in the Melbourne suburbs of Epping and Ringwood. Dr Ng has interest in improving the quality of radiation delivery, with special interest in prostate, breast, lung and gastrointestinal malignancies. He also has interest in clinical research and participates in various clinical trials, including as principal investigator. Dr Ng was the radiotherapy committee chair of EviQ (Cancer Institute NSW) from 2013-2017, which involved developing evidence-based radiation therapy guidelines, used worldwide. He was appointed as an Associate Professor by the Department of Medicine, University of Melbourne.
